Welcome to WOWVoyage Travel (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing our website, booking a trip, or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our website and services.

1. Scope of Service

WOWVoyage Travel acts as a travel planner and booking facilitator. We organise itineraries, accommodation, transportation, activities, and tourism experiences through verified third-party vendors.

By booking with us, you acknowledge that:

  • Final execution of services is carried out by third-party partners (hotels, airlines, transport operators, guides, etc.)
  • Availability and pricing may vary based on peak season, hotel occupancy, airline rules, and other external factors

2. Booking & Payment

  • Bookings will be confirmed only upon receipt of the required advance payment.
  • Full payment must be completed before travel documents/tickets/vouchers are released.
  • Prices are subject to change based on currency fluctuations, taxes, seasonal demand, and supplier policies.
  • Delayed payments may result in cancellation or revised pricing.

Payment Modes: UPI, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Cards, or as specified during booking.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation policies vary based on service type and supplier terms.

General guideline (may vary):

  • Cancellation within 30+ days: Partial refund (after deductions)
  • Cancellation within 15–29 days: 50% refund (subject to partner policies)
  • Cancellation within 0–14 days or No-Show: No refund
  • Non-refundable services (e.g., flight tickets, special permits, last-minute deals) will not be refunded.
  • A detailed refund/cancellation policy can be requested at the time of booking.

4. Travel Documents & Responsibility

  • Travellers are responsible for ensuring valid:
  • Passport & Visa (for international travel)
  • Government ID (for domestic travel)
  • Travel insurance (highly recommended)
  • Health certificates, vaccination proofs if required
  • Failure to comply may lead to denied boarding or entry without refund eligibility.

5. Changes in Itinerary

  • We reserve the right to modify itineraries under circumstances such as weather issues, political unrest, operational limits, or safety concerns.
  • Alternate arrangements will be provided, but refunds for unforeseen circumstances are subject to partner rules.
  • WOWVoyage Travel is not liable for disruptions caused by flight delays, strikes, natural disasters, or force majeure events.

6. Travel Safety & Conduct

While we prioritise safe travel, travellers must follow local laws and supplier guidelines.

We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of personal belongings
  • Injury or illness during the trip
  • Damages arising from personal negligence or violation of rules

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for medical, baggage, and emergency coverage

7. Use of Website & Content

  • All content on this website, including logos, text, images, itineraries, and design is the intellectual property of WOWVoyage Travel.
  • Copying, reselling, distributing, or modifying content without permission is prohibited.
  • User accounts must not be used for fraudulent or malicious activities.

8. Third-Party Services

We collaborate with external service providers for hotels, transport, events, and experiences. Their terms apply along with ours.

We are not liable for:

  • Service quality beyond our control
  • Disputes arising from third-party rules
  • Any action or delay by airlines, hotels, or transport vendors
  • However, we will assist in resolving issues wherever possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • WOWVoyage Travel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  • Our liability, if proven, shall not exceed the total booking amount paid.

10. Privacy Protection

Personal information shared with us is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
Users must review the policy to understand how data is collected and used.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Jaipur/Rajasthan
