Refund & Cancellation Policy – WOWVoyage Travel

At WOWVoyage Travel, we strive to provide exceptional travel experiences with transparent policies. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations, date changes, and refunds are processed for bookings made with us.

By booking a service with WOWVoyage Travel, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.

1. General Terms

  • All cancellations must be requested in writing via email or official WhatsApp communication.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking, supplier rules (hotels, airlines, transport, attractions), and the time of cancellation.
  • Any refund will be issued only to the original mode of payment.
  • Convenience/processing fees, service charges, and GST (if applicable) are non-refundable.

2. Cancellation By Traveler

  • Cancellation charges vary by duration before travel:

    The exact percentage may vary depending on hotel/flight/vendor cancellation rules.

3. Non-Refundable Bookings

Some services are non-refundable or partially refundable as per supplier terms:

▪ Flight tickets (especially low-cost, promotional or last-minute)
▪ Visa processing fees
▪ Travel insurance
▪ Special festival/holiday peak season bookings
▪ Pre-booked activities with fixed slots (safaris, shows, permits, events, etc.)

WOWVoyage will inform you of non-refundable components at the time of booking.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds, if applicable, may take 7–21 working days after approval.
  • If a vendor/airline delays refund release, we will update you and follow-up on your behalf.
  • International payment gateway refunds may take longer depending on bank policies.

5. Date Change / Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and supplier approval.
  • Price difference (if any) must be paid by the traveller.
  • Date-change fees may apply based on season/hotel/flight policies.

6. Partial Utilization of Services

No refund will be provided for:

  • Unused days of the tour
  • Missed services due to personal reasons
  • Voluntary cancellation of a portion of the trip

7. Cancellation by WOWVoyage Travel

In rare cases of operational or unavoidable circumstances (natural disaster, political instability, vendor insolvency):

We may offer:

  • Rescheduled dates or
  • Equivalent alternate package or
  • Refund as per the recoverable amount from partners

We are not liable for refunds related to force majeure events beyond our control.

8. No Liability for External Factors

WOWVoyage Travel is not responsible for cancellations or losses due to:

  • Visa rejection
  • Flight delays/cancellations
  • Weather conditions
  • Pandemic restrictions or government rules
  • Personal illness, medical conditions, or documentation issues

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to cover such risks.

9. Group & Corporate Bookings

Group bookings, MICE trips, or corporate travel may have separate cancellation terms as per contract. These will be shared during booking.
